As a successful management consultant, author, speaker, and trainer, Charlie has a storehouse of expertise in assisting government and corporate leaders work through the obstacles that often block change and growth. His communication skills, both verbal and written, have garnered a reputation of expertise in group dynamics and resolving large-scale organizational conflict to create an environment of collaboration.
Charlie has invested the past twenty-five years in assisting clients in the areas of Conflict Resolution, Community Collaboration, Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, and Team Building. One of Charlie’s greatest passions is writing. He honed his skills at Michigan State University where he received a BA in English with High Honors. In 2005, Charlie published his first book, The Search for Unrational Leadership, and has since broadly implemented the concepts of Unrational Leadership™ in projects that Project Innovations has undertaken with business and government clients. He has contributed his viewpoint and expertise in various business publications, including: The New York Times, Business Week, HR Magazine, Crain’s Detroit Business, and Entrepreneur.com.
As the glue that holds the Project Innovations’ offices together, Kathy assists our staff and clients in developing presentations, documents, and scheduling complex meetings. She manages the back office seamlessly so that our consultants and facilitators can remain focused on meeting our client’s needs and managing client projects successfully.
